These terms apply to the use of Bethesda Marketing's internal tooling.
The tooling is private. Use is restricted to authorized Bethesda Marketing staff. If you reached this page through Google's OAuth consent flow and you are not Bethesda Marketing staff, do not proceed — close the consent window and email us instead.
The tooling exists to perform marketing-agency work on behalf of clients who have already engaged Bethesda Marketing under a written services agreement. Any data accessed via connected Google services is used only for that purpose.

The tooling is provided as is. While we run it carefully, we make no warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Bethesda Marketing's liability for anything arising out of the use of this tooling is limited to the fees the affected client paid Bethesda Marketing in the 12 months prior to the event.
Access can be revoked at any time, either by the agency or by the connecting Google account itself (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
